The Singapore partnership brings together clinician-governed clinic software and clinical data expertise, so the information that shapes patient care moves forward with the clinic.
SINGAPORE, 29 October 2026: Jonda Health and GreyDx.ai, two Singapore health technology companies, today announced a partnership to help clinics and healthcare providers adopt modern, AI-enabled systems while keeping the patient history that good care depends on.
Across healthcare, clinics are being asked to digitise, connect with the wider health system and prepare for the responsible use of AI. Yet much of their most valuable clinical information still sits in older systems, scanned documents and laboratory reports, in formats that do not travel easily. When that history is left behind or arrives incomplete, clinicians lose context, continuity of care suffers, and any AI built on top can only be as good as the data underneath it.
The partnership brings together what each company does best. GreyDx brings a clinic management system and clinical decision support built with clinicians at the centre, with AI that is governed by clinicians. Jonda Health brings deep expertise in clinical data, turning records from many sources, formats and languages into structured, standardised information that clinicians and systems can actually use, combining AI with review by clinically trained staff.
Together, the two companies aim to lower one of the biggest barriers to digital adoption in clinics: the fear of what happens to patient records along the way. By making it easier for clinics to bring their data with them, they hope to help build a primary care sector whose data is trusted, connected and ready for what comes next, from better continuity of care to safer, better-informed decisions at the point of care.
“Clinics are ready to modernise, but the history held in their current systems is often what holds them back,” said Dr Suhina Singh, Founder and CEO of Jonda Health. “GreyDx has built its platform with clinicians at the centre, and that is a focus we share. By working together, we can help clinics move forward with their data rather than without it, so that clinicians have the full picture of the patient in front of them. That is where better care, and any meaningful use of AI, has to start.”
“Clinicians need to be able to trust both the tools they use and the information inside them,” said Abu Sufian Bin Saidon, Founder and CEO of GreyDx. “GreyDx was built on clinician-governed AI, and partnering with Jonda Health means the clinics we work with can bring their patient records with them, ready to support safer and better-informed care from the start.”
