The relaunch marks a shift in how health data infrastructure is delivered. The redesigned website is the new home for self-serve access. From a single account, users can test JondaX on their own data, choose the package that fits their needs, configure transformations on the platform, and receive their API key in minutes. New accounts include 30 free transformations with no credit card required, so teams can see the engine work on real files before committing.
JondaX has been hardened against the realities of health data over four and a half years. It is battle-tested on more than 13 million data points across over 500,000 real-world files: the broken, inconsistent and non-conforming formats that defeat most tools. The engine ingests data in almost any state and returns clean, structured, standards-ready output for downstream systems.
JondaX is designed to comply with HIPAA, GDPR and PDPA, and is ISO 27001 certified. Data is pseudonymised, retained for 30 days, and then permanently deleted. With self-serve residency selection, customers decide where their data lives from the outset, which matters for teams operating under different regulatory regimes across markets.
