The integration problem

Every new data source
is a new project.

Your hospital and clinic clients need to send you data from labs, at-home medical devices, wearables, and legacy systems. EHR and CMS teams spend months building custom ingestion logic for every new source. The formats are different. The codes are inconsistent. The compliance requirements never change, but the data always does.

LabDeviceWearableFaxEHRONE SCHEMA

Every source sends data differently.

Labs send PDFs, HL7 v2, or FHIR. At-home devices generate JSON, photos of readings, screenshots, or scanned outputs. Wearables use their own data structures. Every new source your hospital and clinic clients add means more custom ingestion logic for your team to build and maintain.

Data quality issues surface in clinical workflows.

Mismatched codes, inconsistent units, missing reference ranges. These do not fail silently in testing. They surface in production, in front of clinicians.

Compliance sign-off requires a clear audit trail.

Every transformation, every mapping decision, every confidence score needs to be traceable. Manual pipelines make this nearly impossible to maintain.

The solution

One integration.
Every source.
Full traceability.

Connect JondaX once. Every source your hospital and clinic clients send in (regardless of format, language, or system) is ingested, normalised, coded, and returned in the format your EHR expects. No custom parsers. No medical coding expertise on staff. No data quality incidents from inconsistent inputs.

Accepts PDFs, HL7 v2, FHIR, device photos, wearable data, CSV, as-is.
Output configured to your client's EHR setup. Format, terminology, units, and codes in the way your system understands.
De-identified on ingestion. Data retained 30 days for error resolution, then purged.
Output in FHIR XML, FHIR JSON, HL7 v2, JSON, or CSV.
Two-step independent review for low-confidence pathology data.

Built for enterprise health systems

What your production deployment actually needs.

Compliance-first architecture, stable API, multi-format ingestion, global by default. Built for the healthcare enterprise from the ground up.

Compliance-first architecture

Designed to comply with HIPAA, GDPR, PDPA. ISO 27001 certified. DPA and BAA executed automatically on signup.

Full audit trail

Every transformation logged: input format, output format, module, processing functions applied, confidence score, timestamp, transformation ID. Reproducible. Same input, same output, always.

Multi-format ingestion

PDFs, HL7 v2, FHIR, device photos, wearable streams, CSV, JSON, and more. Output configured to your client's EHR setup. No custom parser per source. No in-house medical coding expertise required.

Global by default

JondaX handles data from any geography, in 10+ languages including English, Bahasa Indonesia, Spanish, French, and more. Built for EHR vendors deploying globally or regionally, with the same engine either way.

Stable, production-grade API

REST API with versioning and full documentation. Integrate once. Stable contracts, no breaking changes without notice.

Human-in-the-loop verification

For clinical-grade accuracy, Pathology Pro includes expert review for low-confidence extractions. Ambiguous data gets a second set of eyes before reaching your system.

Questions EHR and CMS teams actually ask

Real questions. Honest answers.

Straight answers to the questions that come up when evaluating JondaX.

01Does JondaX store any patient data?

JondaX is not a data store. Incoming data is de-identified on ingestion within your selected residency region (Singapore, EU, or US), retained for 30 days for error resolution, then purged. DPA and BAA are executed automatically on signup. This means your hospital and clinic clients pass their own data-residency audits without your architecture becoming the blocker.

02What does the audit trail include?

Every transformation is logged: input format, output format, module used, processing functions applied, confidence score, timestamp, and a unique transformation ID. The trail is queryable and reproducible. Same input, same output, always. When a clinician at one of your hospital clients flags a result, your engineers can trace it back to source in minutes, not days.

03How does JondaX integrate with our existing EHR infrastructure?

JondaX is a REST API that sits between your data sources and your EHR as a middleware layer. Most teams are in production within around two weeks. JondaX outputs FHIR XML, FHIR JSON, HL7 v2, JSON, or CSV, whatever format your EHR expects. No changes to your existing system architecture required. This means your engineering team can ship features on the roadmap instead of building ingestion plumbing.

04Can you sign a DPA or BAA?

DPA and BAA are built into the platform and executed automatically when you sign up. There is no separate legal process. Both documents are available for your legal and security teams to review in full before or after signup. This means your legal cycle doesn't add weeks to every new deployment you do for a hospital or clinic client.

05What happens to data if JondaX has an outage?

Because JondaX processes and returns without long-term storage, an outage does not create a data risk. Your source data remains with you. Transformation requests queue and retry on restoration. SLA commitments are available for enterprise plans. This means an incident with JondaX doesn't turn into an incident between you and your hospital and clinic clients.

06How does vendor evaluation and procurement typically work?

Start with a free trial: 30 free transformations across pathology and medical devices, no credit card required. Run your own data through the pipeline and evaluate the output quality. When ready, move to a paid tier. Enterprise plans with custom SLA, on-premise deployment for your hospital and clinic clients' requirements, and dedicated support are available. This means your engineering team can evaluate JondaX independently before procurement formally engages. What's normally a six-month cycle becomes weeks.

07How does JondaX ensure data quality before it reaches clinicians?

JondaX is designed for clinical-grade data quality. Every data point is normalised and coded according to your configured specifications. For pathology data specifically, low-confidence data goes through a two-step independent review by our in-house team before it is returned. That's how we reach 99% field-level accuracy. This means clinicians at your hospital and clinic clients see data they can trust, not data they have to second-guess.

08How does JondaX compare to building in-house or using alternatives like Redox?

Building a health data harmonisation layer in-house typically costs $1M+ and takes 12-18 months, with ongoing maintenance for every new source. Aggregator APIs like Redox focus on connecting to known US providers; JondaX handles any source in any format, including scanned PDFs, device photos, and regional lab feeds. JondaX integrates in around two weeks with full configurability for your EHR's format, terminology, and units. This means you don't trade off coverage for time-to-market or roadmap velocity.
