JondaXBuilt for diagnostic laboratories

Your results are trusted.Your data format is the barrier.

Digital health platforms, EHRs, insurers, and patient support programs all want to connect to your data. But integrating with every client's system requires custom development on both sides. JondaX standardises your output once, making you a plug-and-play integration partner for any client.

Your clinical accuracy is not the question.
Your interoperability is.

Digital health is moving fast. EHRs, PSPs, longevity platforms, and insurers are actively looking for diagnostic lab partners who can deliver structured, coded data — not PDFs that need to be manually processed on the other end. JondaX is how you become that partner, without rebuilding your infrastructure.

The integration bottleneck

Every client integration
is a custom project.
It should not be.

Your instruments produce results that land in your LIS in its own internal format. Your clients need data in their system's format. In between, someone has to build, and maintain, a bridge. Every new client relationship means a new integration project, a new custom parser, a new point of failure.

Every client wants a different format.

Your EHR client wants HL7 v2. Your research client wants FHIR JSON. Your insurer client wants a structured CSV with LOINC codes. Today, serving all three means building three different integrations.

Multi-branch consistency is harder than it looks.

Different instruments across branches. Different result templates. Different internal coding conventions. A client connecting to your network needs to trust that results from one branch mean the same thing as results from another.

Interoperability mandates are becoming requirements.

Health data interoperability mandates increasingly require labs to deliver FHIR-ready, LOINC-coded data. The ability to meet these standards is moving from differentiator to baseline expectation.

Your potential integration partners

Every one of these clients wants your data. On their terms.

Right now, each integration requires custom development, on your side and theirs. JondaX standardises your output once, making every one of these connections significantly easier to establish and maintain.

Health Insurers

Insurers processing claims need structured, comparable lab data — not PDFs their team has to parse manually.

Wants: Structured + audit trail

Research Platforms

Clinical research teams need LOINC-coded, unit-normalised data they can use directly in analysis pipelines.

Wants: LOINC + SNOMED coded

Longevity Platforms and Clinics

Direct-to-consumer longevity platforms and clinics need structured, LOINC-coded results to feed into their client recommendation engines.

Wants: LOINC-coded JSON

The solution

One standardisation layer.
Every client.
Every branch.

Connect JondaX to your result output pipeline from your LIS. JondaX takes your output format, maps every result to LOINC codes, normalises units, and returns clean output in whatever format your client needs.

  • Accepts your instrument or LIS output, as-is.
No format pre-processing. Connect downstream of your existing pipeline and JondaX takes it from there.
  • LOINC codes assigned automatically.
When you or your client requires it. No manual coding effort on your team.
  • Returns FHIR XML, FHIR JSON, HL7 v2, JSON, or CSV.
Output format specified per call. The same result, delivered three different ways to three different clients.
  • National interoperability standards.
Compatible with national health interoperability platforms including Satusehat (Indonesia).
  • Consistent across all branches and instruments.
Branch-level inconsistencies are normalised before they ever leave your network.
  • Your branded report format preserved.
Structured data sits alongside your existing client-facing PDFs — not in place of them.

Built for labs that want more integrations

Everything you need to become the easiest lab to connect to.

Standardisation, coding, audit, and compliance — built for diagnostic labs that want to be the integration partner of choice.

One integration, every client format

Connect JondaX once to your LIS or instrument output. Every client receives results in the format they need — FHIR, HL7, CSV, JSON — without additional integration work on your side.

Client-specific coding, automatic

Output mapped automatically to the codes your client needs, whether LOINC or their own internal standards. No manual coding on your side. No back-and-forth with clients on what codes mean.

Multi-branch consistency

Different instruments across branches produce different output formats. JondaX normalises everything to the same standard, so a result from one branch is directly comparable to a result from any other.

Interoperability standards built in

FHIR output compatible with national health interoperability platforms including Satusehat (Indonesia). As mandates expand globally, your lab is already ready.

Full audit trail

Every transformation logged: input format, output format, LOINC mapping, unit conversion, confidence score, timestamp. Queryable, reproducible, auditable.

Secure 30-day data hold

Data is de-identified on ingestion within your selected residency region (Singapore, EU, or US), then held for 30 days solely for issue resolution, then purged. ISO 27001 certified. Designed to comply with HIPAA, GDPR, PDPA. DPA and BAA executed on signup.

01Does JondaX connect directly to our LIS?

JondaX connects via REST API. It accepts your result output in whatever format your LIS currently exports, including proprietary CSVs, HL7 v2 messages, FHIR, and PDF reports. You do not need to change your LIS configuration or instrument setup. JondaX sits downstream of your existing output, standardises it, and delivers it in whatever format your clients need.

02We have multiple branches with different instruments. How does JondaX handle that?

This is one of JondaX's core strengths for multi-branch labs. Each branch can send results in its own format, and JondaX harmonises all of them to consistent units and output formats, with LOINC codes applied when required. Your clients receive consistent, comparable results regardless of which branch produced them. This means a single client integration gives your clients coherent data across your entire network, not branch-specific inconsistencies they have to reconcile themselves.

03Does JondaX output meet national health interoperability standards?

Yes. JondaX outputs FHIR JSON, which is the standard required by most national health interoperability platforms globally including Satusehat (Indonesia). Whether your clients are connecting to a national health platform, an EHR with FHIR certification requirements, or a research system with specific data standards, JondaX produces output that meets those requirements from your existing result format. This means you can pursue contracts that require national-standard interoperability without a separate integration project for each regulatory framework.

04Can we deliver different output formats to different clients?

Yes. Output format is specified per API call, so the same result can be delivered as FHIR JSON to one client, HL7 v2 to another, and a structured CSV to a third. Your clients do not need to agree on a common format. JondaX handles the translation from your single standardised pipeline to whatever each client needs. This means your commercial team can close client deals without first checking whether your tech stack can deliver what they need. It already can.

05Does JondaX store patient or result data?

JondaX holds your data securely for 30 days. This is a safety net, retained solely in case an issue is raised that requires reference to the original input. After 30 days it is purged and never used for any other purpose. Data is de-identified on ingestion within your selected residency region (Singapore, EU, or US). Additional residency regions are available on enterprise plans. ISO 27001 certified, designed to comply with HIPAA, GDPR, PDPA. This means your clients' procurement, security, and legal teams have documented answers for every question they will ask before signing.

06How quickly can we onboard a new client?

Once JondaX is integrated with your result output pipeline, adding a new client is a configuration change, not a new integration project. Specify the client's required format (FHIR, HL7 v2, CSV, JSON), any required coding standard (LOINC, SNOMED, or their own), and any format-specific parameters. Results flow to the new client in that format from day one. Most teams are live with JondaX in around two weeks. This means you can say yes to new client opportunities in days or weeks, not months, and competitive sales cycles don't stall waiting for integration capacity.

07Does JondaX work with our existing LIS, whatever vendor it is?

Yes. JondaX works with any LIS vendor. Integration involves configuring the API call from your LIS output to JondaX, which our team coordinates with your LIS vendor to ensure the handoff is clean and reliable. You do not need to switch LIS vendors or negotiate a new integration partnership on your side. This means you can add JondaX to your existing stack without disrupting your LIS vendor relationship or your lab operations.
