01What is JondaX?
JondaX is the near real-time health data transformation layer between your inputs and your system. It handles the structured stuff (HL7, FHIR) and the unstructured stuff (PDFs, scanned reports, device photos), and returns clean, structured, coded output in the format you need. Built for developers, CTOs, data engineers, and product teams in healthcare.
02What types of health data does JondaX support?
JondaX supports five data modules. Pathology Core for structured lab data (HL7, FHIR, JSON). Pathology Pro for PDFs and image files. Medical Devices for glucometers, BP monitors, pulse oximeters, thermometers, weight scales, and more, from device photos. Wearables for heart rate, sleep, HRV, activity, and the full set of data points available through our wearables partner. Point-of-Care for rapid tests is coming soon. Input formats include PDFs, images, HL7, FHIR, and JSON. If there's a health data type you need that isn't listed, drop us a message and we'll see if we can support you.
03Does JondaX support non-English health data?
Yes. 10+ languages, as both input and output. Alongside English: Bahasa Indonesia, Catalan, Dutch, French, German, Italian, Polish, Romanian, Spanish, and Turkish. If there's a language you need that isn't currently supported, get in touch. We have the technical capability to handle more, though we can't guarantee the same accuracy or turnaround time beyond the supported languages.
04How long does it take to integrate JondaX?
Around two weeks, typically. It depends partly on you. Clients who already know their output format and terminology standards have gone live in about a week. Clients still working through those decisions have taken closer to four. Wearables integrations, which go through our partner, usually take around three to four weeks. Compare that to a year or more of engineering if you build this yourself, plus ongoing maintenance as standards evolve.
05Does JondaX store patient data?
Yes, briefly, and securely. The original data is stored for 30 days in your selected residency region (Singapore, EU, or US), where it's de-identified on ingestion. From that point on, only the de-identified version is used for transformation. Direct identifiers are stripped; your structured output contains only age-level demographics and biological sex. The original file is only accessed again in the rare case where human review needs to resolve an issue with the de-identified version. After 30 days, everything is purged. Enterprise clients who need storage outside these three regions can get in touch. For wearables, storage is handled by our wearables partner (HIPAA and GDPR compliant), not JondaX. DPA and BAA are executed automatically on signup to JondaX.
06How does JondaX handle data privacy and security?
Seriously. JondaX is ISO 27001 certified and designed to comply with HIPAA, GDPR, and PDPA. Every file is de-identified on ingestion (see above), encrypted at rest and in transit, and covered by a full audit trail. Access inside JondaX is role-based and limited to staff with a specific operational need.
07How is JondaX different from building in-house?
Building this in-house is a different scale of work. A year or more of engineering, $1M+ in year one, clinical coding expertise on staff, and ongoing maintenance as standards evolve. And you'd still be starting fresh on every edge case. JondaX has handled these across 13M+ data points, with a 3M+ knowledge graph that keeps learning with human validation. You get all of that as a product, live in around two weeks. Your engineers stay on your product, not on plumbing.
08How much does JondaX cost?
