Every condition-focused tool, whether it is an app, a clinic service, a pharma-supported programme or an employer benefit, depends on the same thing: health data that is accurate, complete and comparable over time. Each condition also brings its own traps. Hormone results swing from month to month. Glucose appears in two units. Blood pressure thresholds differ between guidelines. Kidney function is a calculation that depends on which equation was used. These details rarely make it into product plans, yet they decide whether a tool helps or misleads.

We wrote these guides to set out those decisions clearly, one condition at a time. Each follows the same structure, so you can move between them easily: where the data actually lives, twelve things to get right, where to start depending on who you are, and how we can help. Every clinical statement is referenced to a named guideline or published source.

The guides

What every guide has in common

Although each condition has its own details, the same four themes run through every guide. Knowing them helps you spot the right questions even for conditions we have not yet covered.

Four themes in every guideFour themes shared by every guide: get the clinical picture right, make the data usable, connect the longer story, and build for trust and scale. Get the clinical picture right Which definition or guideline you useThe context that changes a resultWhen a single value is not enough Make the data usable Units, methods and reference rangesReports turned into structured dataDevice readings captured reliably Connect the longer story Medication histories that hold upRelated conditions in one recordWhat people report, not only tests Build for trust and scale Summaries and escalation rulesWhen software becomes a deviceConsent, privacy and portability

Who the guides are for

Digital health and femtech teams

Building products for a specific condition, and wanting to get the data model, logic and claims right before scaling.

Clinics, cancer centres and laboratories

Making results comparable across sources and years, and handing over records that the next team can act on.

Pharma-supported programmes

Designing patient support and evidence programmes whose data can show outcomes that hold up.

Insurers and employer health programmes

Designing screening and support benefits that identify the right people and earn their trust.

How Jonda Health can help
